Our Outlook

Good supplies of easy peelers continue to arrive to the market, making for some highly attractive opportunities at retail. Brix levels continue to improve with each passing week. There are excellent opportunities in particular on 32s and 36s, which can be packed into 2lb or even 1lb to drive unit costs down further.
