OUR OUTLOOK
Estimated losses on the remaining Chilean red seedless are wide ranging, with losses estimated to be 30% or more globally. Peru continues to be a presence in the marketplace, but exports from Peru are mostly finished at this point. There are promotable volumes of red seedless between source countries available in the market for the next few weeks, but we expect to see a gradual tightening in the supply of reds by very late March or early April.
