Creamy Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie

New year means new healthy habits – at least that’s what a lot of us tell ourselves! But a new healthy habit doesn’t need to be hard or painful, it can be as simple as adding a nutritious (and DELICIOUS) smoothie to your morning routine. Lucky for you, we’re sharing a brand new recipe from our friend, Joy (the mastermind behind Instagram’s Lunches + Littles), that will have you sipping on smoothies every morning this year!
What you need
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 SUNRAYS® mandarins (juiced)
- 5-6 strawberries (tops removed)
- 2 bananas (peeled)
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 scoops Healthy Height Shake Mix (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
How you make it
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and pulse/mix until completely combined
- Pour in glasses and enjoy!
- OPTIONAL: Add some fun sprinkles on top as desired!
