Creamy Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie

New year means new healthy habits – at least that’s what a lot of us tell ourselves! But a new healthy habit doesn’t need to be hard or painful, it can be as simple as adding a nutritious (and DELICIOUS) smoothie to your morning routine. Lucky for you, we’re sharing a brand new recipe from our friend, Joy (the mastermind behind Instagram’s Lunches + Littles), that will have you sipping on smoothies every morning this year!

What you need

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 SUNRAYS® mandarins (juiced)
  • 5-6 strawberries (tops removed)
  • 2 bananas (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Healthy Height Shake Mix (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

How you make it

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and pulse/mix until completely combined
  2. Pour in glasses and enjoy!
  3. OPTIONAL: Add some fun sprinkles on top as desired!
