Summer time, smoothie time!
With the summer heat in full force these last few days, we’ve been cooling down with some delicious creamsicle smoothies by Leigh Ann Chatagnier of My Diary of Us. These smoothies make cooling down taste DELICIOUS! And the best part? You can freeze extra smoothie into popsicles!
Ingredients:
- 3 Sunrays Mandarins (I like to peel and freeze them for a creamier smoothie)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup Kefir
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp. Honey (for babies over 1 year) or Maple Syrup
- 4 Ice Cubes
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle more kefir over top and serve immediately.
